But, yeah, I empathize. I've had similarly high expectations.

The weird thing is, it's all do-able. You just have to find the right amounts and rhythms, and find the kind of stuff you want to do. I doubt I'll ever make my own furniture, but your parents probably haven't written the amount of code I have.
