- <[Brennen]> I made some of these last night. A couple of mistakes, I think, not to make next time:

- * Don't let 'em sit too long before they go in the oven - juices from the meat start to soak into the bread.
- * Make sure the oven is hot enough; I accidentally did 325 deg. F; should have been 350 or above I think.
