Also gets rid of a couple of now-redundant keybindings for fuzzyfinder
and syntastic.

- rename a couple of filter commands (now vim-filter-decorate,

- fold markers in .vimrc
- i don't even _like_ vim's folding, but whatever

- remove deprecated golang plugin
