There were extraneous newlines in here for some reason. (Probably because
I didn't check this after the last change.)

A dependency of the M-d shortcut in xmonad.

This adds a bunch of stuff I needed on a fresh Ubuntu install; I think
most of it should overlap fine with a stock Debian circa Bullseye.

I needed the exa out of cabal for the way I'm using exa, but it does exist
in the apt repos.

Gives an interface for controlling multiple audio channels / sinks.

Packages:

  - fzf: terminal fuzzyfinder
  - xclip: for clipboard manipulation
  - xautolock, pngphoon, i3lock: for screen locking
  - tree: for viewing file trees

Also runs vim plugin installation and reminds user to install commandlog
and chsh to use zsh.

Also removes xmodmap from xmonad.start.

This should be a Makefile, and have things in it.
