Much-improved Markdown syntax stuff.

dirs -lp will give full directory names, one per line.  Might as well
toss uniq in there while at it.

- F5 now calls :wall
- <leader>r to pipe through exec_filter (this probably not a long-term
  thing, but good for a current writing project)
- notes.txt instead of notes

Just a cheesy thing to run in Vim like:

    :%!exec_filter

Sort of handy for writing docs that have a lotta command line stuff in 'em.

For examples, see archives/cli/index in the p1k3 repo.

- DrawIt is for ASCII art.  (Boxes, ellipses, etc.)
- meta-right / meta-left for left/right window jumping (works well with
  this ThinkPad keyboard that has back/forward keys)

So yeah, for some reason I'm running Ubuntu again for a minute.  I swore
off this distro when it first really went off the rails, UI wise (not to
mention broken-ass-drivers wise), but I wanted a newish kernel and I'm
too busy to sit around reading about config options and recompiling for
a solid day to get all the stuff on this laptop working.

[ Setting:

  It's a beautiful fall day outside.  You can hear a lot of construction
  going on in Lyons.  I'm sort of cleaning the place up after having been
  absent for a couple of months.  I went to Winfield right after the
  flood, lived at Todd's and at SparkFun and in this trailer in Hygiene
  after that.  This is the first I've been home, like in the sense of
  actually _being in my house_, since some time around the 11th.  I didn't
  realize how much I missed it until now. ]

Will now cope with multiple files in arguments.

Should really rewrite this to allow for verbose options and such.

I installed phpcs, which has a lot of potential, but its default ruleset
is in total conflict with just about everything I actually have to look
at.  One of these days, I'll write a custom set of checks.

A utility to split input into individual words.

I'm not sure if I'll stick with this or not, but its default mode of
operation seems to be about the right amount of in-your-face, at least
for the stuff I've tried it on today:  Write the buffer with a syntax
error, and you'll get strong visual indicators of the error along with
the specifics.

Useful for shortcircuiting that part of the cycle where you run the code
before realizing you're missing a paren or whatever.
